Pastor Roger Hain, BCBC, Sun. 11am, 11-27-22, November 2022
Key thoughts from Mr. Hain: Live by faith not fate. Living by faith is living by the direction and leading of God's will or purpose. Avoid bad happenings. Galatians 6:7-8. Good results come from good living as described in Philippians 4:8. Romans 8:28 is not a spiritual magic wand. As a young man, David Livingstone wrote, "I will place no value on anything that I have or possess except in the kingdom of Christ."
Other passages: 1 Peter 1:3-7, Hebrews 12:11, Romans 12:1-2
