Key thoughts: Now we are the children of God, hence our relationship with Our Father
1) God the Father is the Originator, the one who brings forth.
2) God the Son is the Executor of what the Father originates.
3) God the Holy Spirit applies what Father and Son provide.
God the Father and God the Son have an eternal relationship, it didn't begin at Christmas. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are co-eternal, co-equal, and co-substantial.
